Interactive Checklist for Submitting Authors

Each of the authors of a manuscript is asked to fill in the following form attesting their authorship of the paper and confirming the disclosure of any declarable associations. Download the form, fill it in, sign (it can be signed electronically or by hand) and upload it to the COMET system. This document should be uploaded when you submit your paper for possible publication in FTB journal.
